Do now Fantasy, action adventure, Scifi, horror, comedy, romance, animation, thriller, dystopian?, drama, family?, crime, western, social realism, biopic. Genre- a style, especially in the arts, that involves a particular set of characteristics. Hybrid- mixture of two or more genres.  Sub genre- categories that a genre can be divided into.  fantasy Cinderella, tangled, princess and the frog, brave, enchanted, harry potter, maleficent, frozen, avatar. Main genre conventions: a magic system, well developed setting, a cast of complex characters, good vs evil,  Famous fantasy directors: Tim Burton, Duncan Jones, Peter Jackson, Terry Gilliam, Walt Disney, Robert Zemeckis.  Fantasy film actors: Emma Watson, Madeline McGraw, Jonny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Lily James.
